The below is an Example of a written agreement between Alpha & Beta. While they are not legally binding it does establish parameters and can mentally increase the bond between them. This will bounce back and forth between the Alpha & beta each making edits till a final draft is done. The Beta is highly encouraged to take the time to edit, add to, change, items in the agreement. This gives the chance for both parties to have complete agreement on the way things should be, requirements, responsibilities etc. Then once signed by both the agreement is binding.
Ownership Agreement of beta to his Alpha
I __________________, freely without any outside influence or mental incapacity do give consent to engage in the following Dom/Sub Arrangement with ____________________: This document outlines all aspects of that agreement. Both parties have agreed on these terms. If a situation is not covered here; it will be addressed and the agreement adjusted accordingly.
1) Sexual Acts - Kinks - Fetishes :
Interactions may include all basic sexual acts (Anal, Kissing, Oral, Rimming, Touching); Kinks (Spit, WS, Foot Worship, Toys, Rough, DP, WS, Throat Fucking/Training, Breath Play, Restraints, Choking, Groups, Lent out, Gags, Exibitism/Voyeurism, etc); Fetishes (Submission/Domination, Socks, Underwear, etc) The exception being any items contained in Section 1B: Hard Limits. These acts may happen anytime, by the Master or Person of his choosing. The sub will be ready for anything when meeting unless otherwise noted by the Master.
Aside from the basic hard limits (blood, scat, animals, underage, etc), the following shall apply also. Permanent Marks, Marks above the neckline, and Lasting marks (Defined as marks that do not fade within 30 minutes except bruising below the neckline that may occur from play), Ball Slapping/Hitting, Women’s Items & Women (FTM Is acceptable), Alcohol, Marijuana Smoke
3) Notice of Consent:
Both parties are entering into the arrangement knowing and agreeing to no safe word. During the interactions, the Dom will always monitor his Sub to ensure he is safe and not in any danger of extensive physical harm or at risk for any medical issues. The Sub agrees to blanket consent when they are together. This entails the Dom being able to do anything he wants to the Sub except for the items outlined in Section 1B (Hard Limits). The sub also acknowledges that this consent extends to the extreme such as physical or sexual assault (Rape). The Dom reserves the right to ignore all objections from the sub. The Dom will remain aware of the play, In the event of accidents or medical issues (Example: Muscle Cramp, Gastrointestinal Distress, etc.) the play will pause until it can be resolved, if unable to resolve in a reasonable time then the play will quit for the night and resume at a later time.
In the event the sub is lent out to a 3rd party, the notice of consent carries over to the 3rd party. In the event the 3rd party violates the agreement by breaching one of the hard limits or not monitoring the sub during play and injury results, the sub does hold the right to a Cease & Desist clause. He has the right to stop all play right away and end the session, immediately reporting to his Dom so that he (Dom) may take appropriate actions.
Punishment: This may consist of whatever the Dom feels is warranted at the time. It can range in scope from Physical, Mental, Emotional, Sexual, or a mix of any. Provided the end result does not violate Section
4) Health & Personal Grooming
The Sub will maintain proper hygiene at all times as well. Shower Regularly, Facial and body hair grooming, etc. In the event anal play will be involved; the sub will ensure he is properly cleaned and ready for said event. He will also notify his Alpha if he has any pre-existing medical issues or develops any so that play can be modified for safety.
Chemicals - The Dom may administer or have the sub use the following sexual stimulants: poppers, THC Vape. Anything other than the two approved are not allowed unless both Dom & Sub Agree. The sub is not able to consume alcohol (intolerance) or have the smell of marijuana on him
The sub will visit his doctor for regular checkups and maintain proper health. Should anything ever arise he will notify his Dom immediately so they may work through it together.
5) Biological Connection
A biological connection is important for the sub & Dom. The sub shall get to know his Dom’s scent as often as possible, underarms, groin, etc. The exchanging of fluids will be integral to the connection, swallowing both the spit, piss, and cum of the Dom. The sub agrees to swallow any of these or take them rectally. The Dom agrees to administer at least one of these to the sub each session. The Dom also agrees to make his underwear and/or socks available to the Sub during interactions so he may associate pleasure with the scent of his Dom
6) Fidelity
The Sub may engage with other guys with prior permission from the Dom. Upon request, the sub will provide detailed interactions to the Dom. At no time is the sub allowed to engage in sexual acts without the Dom’s Prior Approval. The Dom is not bound by any fidelity, however, he will provide detailed accounts of any encounters at the Sub's request. This will allow the sub to cater his service for the optimal pleasure of the Dom.
The Dom may make arrangements for the sub to be with another guy as well. (Lend Out) Reference section 8 and section 1.
7) Service Limitations:
The beta will be available to be used by the Alpha anytime he (sub) is available. Events that are outside of the availability are Work and domestic/Social obligations. Anything else can be rescheduled if the Alpha wants service. Sessions go until the Alpha is satisfied except when there is a time constraint. At that point, the person with the time constraint will let the other know of the time limit and they will respect that limit. Both Dom and Sub know that each has their respective lives outside of the agreement with certain complications regarding the care of elderly family, spouses/significant others, children, and other family members and will always honor those and engage in 100% discretion regarding this agreement.
The sub & Dom are entering into an agreement of their own free will. The Sub is not required to provide the Dom with any sort of Financial payments, gifts, etc. If the sub does it is to show his appreciation for his Dom. The Dom may suggest but cannot require this of the sub.
8) Scope of Service:
The Sub will be of service to the Dom during their in-person interactions. Outside of these interactions, the Dom also reserves the right to check in on the Sub at any time. Find out where he is currently, what he is doing, etc. Anything that he sees fit that and not interfere with work or Domestic engagements.
The Alpha will have knowledge of ALL online accounts of the Sub (Twitter, Instagram, Grindr, etc) He may request the beta change wording, removal, feedback, etc.
Hierarchy - In the event of multiple subs, be they regular, occasional, or virtual. The Sub (Tyler) will be elevated to the role of Alpha Sub. He will serve under the Dom (Master) as outlined in this agreement but will have power over the other subs. This power extends as far as the Dom wishes, be in punishment, monitoring, communication, etc
Communication - The Sub & Dom agree to communicate within respecible time frames. If the Dom messages the sub, the sub will do his best to reply promptly, if he does not he must provide a valid reason
8) Transference & Lending:
The Dom may Lend out his sub to any male (or FTM) he chooses. He may also bring over any male during a play session at any time. The sub is expected to serve that person the same as he would his own Dom. Giving a full report to his Dom after the event is over (if solo).
The Alpha may transfer the use of his sub to any male that he wishes to for any length of time; This agreement will remain in place during that transfer. However should the transfer last longer than 30 days, an addendum will be added to the agreement to accommodate the new Dom as Co-Ownership. The new co-owner will be allowed to provide feedback in regards to the agreement and any adjustments will be made. Once it's over the agreement reverts to its original state with the original Dom.
9) Termination
The contract may be terminated at any time by the Dom. Termination may only happen by the Sub if the Dom Violates any part of this agreement, endangers the health/well-being of the Sub, or encroaches on his work/domestic life. . If a secondary Sub or Dom enters the picture, they will re-draft this agreement to account for additional people.
In the event that the Dom wishes to end the agreement, a date will be set and after that, this agreement is null and void. Should he decide to transfer the sub to another, then the agreement will be redrafted to accommodate the new Dom. The Dom does not need to disclose ahead of time or get any sort of approval from the sub to whom he is transferring him. Once that happens the actions of Section 8 will kick in.
10) Length of Service & Binding Agreement:
Once the agreement is signed by both parties it is in full effect for 14 days. After that, the Dom and sub will revisit and should they wish the agreement will extend for 30 more days. A secondary revisit will extend it for 6 months. After that, it will remain for exactly 1 year and be renewed each year after that. While an agreement of this type can not be legally binding, both parties can come to an agreement on a consequence listed below (ADD ANY CONSEQUENCES HERE YOU WOULD LIKE IF THE AGREEMENT IS VIOLATED)
