This is an example agreement between an Alpha and a beta. It isn’t legal — it’s a pact. It sets the rules, limits, and power between us so we both know what we’re stepping into. The Alpha and beta go back and forth, editing it together. They are encouraged to add, change, and question anything. That way we both fully agree on what’s expected.. Once we both sign, it becomes our shared commitment to how we lead, obey, play, and stay safe together.
Ownership Agreement
Between Alpha and Beta Tyler
I, ____________________________, freely — without pressure, coercion, or mental impairment — consent to enter into the following Alpha/Beta arrangement with ____________________________.
This document outlines the expectations, boundaries, and dynamics agreed upon by both parties. If something arises that is not covered here, the matter will be discussed, mutually agreed upon, and added to this agreement as needed.
1) Sexual Acts — Kinks — Fetishes

Anything listed in Section 1B: Hard Limits is excluded. These activities may occur at any time at the Alpha’s discretion or at the discretion of someone he chooses. The beta is expected to arrive prepared unless otherwise stated by the Alpha.
Beyond the obvious limits (blood, scat, animals, minors, etc.), the following are also not allowed:

3) Notice of Consent
Both parties acknowledge there is no safeword in this arrangement. The Alpha will remain attentive and monitor the beta to ensure he is not at risk of significant injury or medical complications.
At times, the Alpha may enter a deeply primal, instinct-driven “feral state.” In that space, the Alpha acts from raw dominance, hunger, and instinct. The beta agrees that during these moments, he will endure and submit, trusting the Alpha’s awareness and restraint.
The beta agrees to blanket consent while together, excluding the hard limits in Section 1B. This includes intense dynamics and scenarios that may feel physically or psychologically challenging. The beta freely gives the Alpha consent to ignore any objections, physical or verbal during the play time.
If any medical or accidental issues arise (cramps, breathing difficulty, digestive issues, etc.), play will pause. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, the session stops and may resume later.
If the beta is lent out, the consent structure applies to the third party as well.
If a third party violates hard limits or plays irresponsibly and injury occurs, the beta may immediately stop the session and report to his Alpha so that appropriate action may be taken.
Punishment, when warranted, may be physical, mental, emotional, sexual, or a combination — provided nothing violates Section 1B.
4) Health & Personal Grooming
The beta will maintain consistent hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness. When anal play is likely, the beta will arrive prepared. The beta will inform the Alpha of any medical concerns so adjustments can be made for safety.
The Alpha may administer or approve use of:
No other stimulants are allowed unless mutually agreed upon. The beta may not consume alcohol and should not smell like marijuana.
The beta will maintain regular health checkups and notify the Alpha of any issues.
5) Biological Connection
Primal bonding — scent, pheromones, touch, and fluids — is important to this dynamic.
The beta will become familiar with the Alpha’s natural scent (underarms, groin, etc.). Fluid exchange (spit, piss, cum) may occur and the beta agrees to receive as directed. The Alpha agrees to provide at least one of these exchanges per session.
The Alpha may also provide worn underwear or socks to deepen the beta’s association between scent, submission, and pleasure.
6) Fidelity
The beta may engage sexually with others only with Alpha’s prior permission and will provide details upon request. The Alpha is not bound by exclusivity but will offer details if asked so the beta can better serve his needs.
The Alpha may also arrange additional encounters for the beta when he so chooses, with or without consent/prior notice to the beta.
7) Service Limitations
The beta is available whenever possible, excluding work and essential social/domestic obligations. Sessions last until the Alpha is satisfied unless time constraints are discussed beforehand.
Both Alpha and beta recognize their responsibilities outside the arrangement and agree to maintain complete discretion.
Financial gifts are voluntary only and never required.
8) Scope of Service
The beta will serve during in-person interactions, at least once per week, unless both agree to postpone. The Alpha may check in at any time, provided it does not disrupt work or essential duties.
The Alpha may view and manage the beta’s online presence. Including editing/creation/deletion of profiles.
Communication should be timely; if the beta cannot respond promptly, he will explain why. This applies to the Alpha as well, Communication is essential.
The beta agrees to lean into the Alpha’s darker, primal fantasies, including a “Breaking-In Session,” where the Alpha establishes control through rough, dominant play without violating Section 1B. This session should occur within 14 days of signing.
9) Transference & Lending
The Alpha may lend the beta to other males (including masc FTM). The beta will serve as he would with his Alpha and report afterward. The Alpha may temporarily transfer the beta under another Alpha. If the transfer exceeds 30 days, an addendum may be drafted for co-ownership.
10) Hierarchy & Pack Formation
If more betas join, Tyler becomes Beta Prime, serving the Alpha while helping guide other betas as directed.
If additional Alphas join, the hierarchy becomes:
Alpha Prime → Alpha → Beta Prime → Beta → Omega
Pack details may evolve later as needed.
11) Termination
The Alpha may terminate the agreement at any time.
The beta may terminate only if: the Alpha violates the agreement, endangers the beta, or interferes with work or domestic life. If a new Alpha or beta joins, the agreement may be revised.
12) Consequences & Cooling-Off
If the agreement is broken, the dynamic ends immediately. If the alpha breaks the agreement, he then owes his beta 5 pairs of his previously worn underwear and socks. Should the beta break the agreement, he will submit himself to the Alpha and endure whatever punishment the Alpha sees fit. Staying within the boundaries of limits & punishment sections. He will submit and endure this punishment for 1 hour, unless Alpha chooses a shorter time.
Both parties enter 30 days of silence — no calls, no messages, no meetings. This time is for cooling, clarity, and letting the bond settle. After 30 days, only the one who did not break the agreement may choose to reach out — and only to see whether reconciliation is possible.
If both agree to try again, all power exchange remains paused until a new agreement is written and signed.
If not, the path forward is distance and respect.
12) Length of Service
Once signed, the agreement lasts 30 days, then extended to 6 months, then 1-year renewals
